Refund and Copyright Policy
At Wild Ash Consulting, I stand behind my work and strive to ensure my clients feel confident in their investment. If you're not completely satisfied, I will do my best to find a fair solution. Please read below for the cancellation, refund, and use policy for all drawings and documents received from Wild Ash Consulting.
Native Garden Design Services
Initial Consultation
You may cancel and request a full refund up to 6 hours before your scheduled appointment by emailing ashley@wildashconsulting.com.
Design & Installation Projects
Refunds are available only if no work has started or plants ordered.
Once work begins, refunds will be determined based on the time and resources already invested.
When purchasing a Native Garden Design service, you're agreeing to work with Wild Ash on gathering the pertinent information on the goals for the garden design, that you agree on the soil and sun conditions of the area, and you agree on the plant selection discussed prior to kick-off of the design drawing process.
One round of revisions to the drawing(s) is included with the service and must be requested within two weeks of receiving the design or during the presentation call (for the Full Design & Execution service). If no feedback is provided within this timeframe, Wild Ash will assume the design is accepted as-is.
While we can't guarantee how nature will behave, we will do our best to set reasonable expectations for how a planting will evolve over time and tips for keeping a native landscape thriving. If you're unhappy with a part of your project, we should talk it through and find a solution together.
Document & Resource Restrictions
Design projects do not include anything beyond the delivery of the design and resources related to design itself. This does not include manual labor like garden site prep, sourcing of plants or installation, or maintenance of the garden—this is to be purchased separately, if desired, after the design is approved.
The design drawing and/or resource documents shared with you may not be copied, posted online without permission, resold, or monetized in any way and remains the property of Wild Ash Consulting as well as the Client exclusively.
By purchasing any Native Garden Design services, you agree that the created design may be used by Wild Ash Consulting, LLC for marketing purposes including website, email, social media, and in-person presentations while also keeping your identifying information (name, property address, etc) private.
Maintenance
Native Garden maintenance performed by Wild Ash will be billed in phases, prior to work performed. If you are unhappy with the maintenance for any reason, I will seek to resolve the situation to the best of my ability. If that doesn't do the trick, you're free to discontinue the maintenance contract at any time, but there will be no refunds issued.
Marketing Consulting Services
Full refunds are available if no work has started.
If work has begun, refunds will be negotiated based on the time invested and any deliverables provided.
